For this project, I was tasked to create a logo for an international tourist destination. I chose Toronto, Ontario in Canada and incorporated their beautiful maple leaves as inspiration for my logo. After taking time to research the city of Toronto, I took note of two of their most iconic attractions, the Royal Ontario Museum and their Great Lakes. In the final logo, the geometric shapes symbolizes the Royal Ontario Museum, while the horizontal line creates an illusion portraying Ontario’s Great Lakes. With those two key components combined, it creates the beloved maple leaf.
